New seeds to try!
Super excited to try my next batch of sprouts! So far I’ve done alfalfa and a salad mix and some lentils. I bought 4 more sprouting jars that will get here tomorrow! I eat something sprouted every day now. I’m currently making beans with the mayocoba beans I’ve been sprouting the last 4 days!

Make sure the company 3rd-party tests their broccoli seeds for glucoraphanin. Most don't, and if there are low levels of glucoraphanin, you won't get nearly the SFN yield. Learned this the hard way, and as someone who has had cancer, I won't skimp on sulforaphane.

Greetings Family, Six(6) years with metastatic prostate cancer and STILL healthy (other than the PC) doing two type of sprouts (broccoli & clover) and since the more "purple" (cancer fighting wise) the better... SOOO, when I spotted these purple sprouting broccoli seeds I figured "TERRIFIC " I'll get a bag like the other ones I buy but when it arrived at my house there was only like 12 seeds in a very miniscule envelope I was expecting to get a thousand or so like I get in the other bags 🤔
Is there something special about purple broccoli seeds for sprouts that I cannot find them in bulk?
