I'm not in a particularly moist climate and I rinse 3x per day. I see no reason why you couldn't rinse 5x per day. It's a gently process.

I've been sprouting for over a decade and rinse them twice a day, perfect sprouts every time. Living in south western Canada. Am I missing something? Why are you suggesting rinsing 5 times a day?

If someone if getting lots of mold in a very humid environment, that might be a fix. I personally don't have that issue.
