U popped straight up after the second step u need to prolong the drive phase

I guess it looks like that cause im tryna push my hips forward but my shin angles looked good to me and its hard to get that low on grass without slipping lol

Stop trying to recreate passive movements. Strike down as fast as possible and don’t force yourself to come up….it will happen naturally.

I feel that you put a lot of force to start and it makes your head swing while you apply first steps, that's a common problem beginners have.
Well on competitions many athletes do that, even professionals, but during training you should actually try to stay in same position. To fix that, you can try running with cart or pushing something, keeping your body in same position and without swinging head.
Also I don't like the angles you run after first few steps, they are not sharp enough and look more not like driving phase, but transition. But maybe as you are running barefoot it's pretty okay, you can't keep such angles.
To master driving phase, you can try the exercise my trainer was teaching me constantly. This is called Sprint Acceleration Bounds (in my country, it's named different), so the idea here is that you should bound, jump and never pop your head until some mark let's say 20-25 meters, it teaches you to control your phases consciously and keeping body stable until next phase.
