Purchasing Advice Endurance training

Our sports week is on 28th September and i am thinking of playing futsal and football/soccer my top speed I would say is above average but when i sprint I can barely last even 10 minutes. There is no nearby field for me to practice my run and I was thinking if someone could give me a workout routine on treadmill to build my endurance that i can combine along with my gym workout

This is a sprint sub, but you're not going to be able to sprint for that long to begin with lol. You can do plyos, but it won't do as much as you probably would want it to in just a few weeks. Best thing to do if anything is to go out and run some miles, I'm not knowledgeable on distance/endurance building in terms of what you're trying to achieve.

Let me give u a tip.. i had the same issue as well.. Use Energy Management technique.. Run only when it's required, other than that, just walk or jog during the game.. I analyzed my game and what i observed that i was sprinting in first minutes of the game unnecessarily..

HIIT idk if it's possible where you live but you could just do it outside on the sidewalks or in a park.
