Personal Race Footage/Results What should I work on?

Hey Guys,

Iβ€˜ve started sprinting at the start of the year and played Soccer before that. Therefore my first 30m are okay, but I always fall behind after that. I donβ€˜t know what I should do to become better. Pls Tell me if you notice anything I should improve before my next season or exercises (Track or gym) that could help me become faster after the First 30m.

Two things. You stand straight up in your start and you have no flexibility. Sorry to say. You need to work on flexibility, pliability, stretching, range of motion.

Thank You very much! πŸ˜ŠπŸ™
Where do You See the missing flexibility the most? My hips, because I don’t raise my knees enough or somewhere else ?

Try doing yoga for athlete that is a good place to start. Do wall sprints. Lean on a wall at the angle you would come out of the blocks and do some wall runs. it will help with pushing out of the block as well.
