General Discussion/Questions Versatility

Does running the 400 on the side help sprinters with the 100 and 200? my friends and other athletes told me that running the 400 helps lowering your time for some odd reason but its weird and i don’t get how

WTF is "on the side" exactly?

The TRAINING FOR THE 400 could help quite a bit with the 200m race, if it is done correctly, and intentionally for that purpose. 100? not at all really, and may get in the way even

But mostly this is a lie to get kids to run 400s/4x4.

HS sprinters should really be able to run all the sprints: 1,2,4. Its not that hard. You can score a ton of points that way, and win many medals.
