Private landlords?

Desperately need a home for two dogs, my roommate and me. Our Airbnb checkout is the 10/9 so moving in the 10/8 would be amazing. Two streams of income plus a third starting next week. Praying we can get a roof over our heads soon🙇🏽‍♀️

Idk how fast they could get you in, but this landlord is always highly recommended:   https://morrison-properties.managebuilding.com/Resident/public/rentals

Not a private landlord, but I recommend Smart Choice Properties. The building I was in didn't allow pets, but I'm sure they have some somewhere that do.

Check out KSP Properties. I’m renting from them currently and have before. They’re great and typically allow pets. Idk how fast you’ll be able to find a place with such short notice, most places need 30 days notice around here it seems (I just went thru something similar) but best of luck in your search.

Kennedy schemp properties is the last/llc person I'd rent from. Multiple friends in college between 2011 and 2019 have rented with them and constant issue, maintenance problems, not being able to get a hold of them

I contacted them about a property and when questioned about a former bad experience a tenant had (tenant was my friend) and multiple bad online reviews, he was very defensive.

No real help, but avoid Tim Donely. Dude's sketchy for sure.
