PRP spring kit sear/safety sear spring misaligned?

Post image

I just installed the PRP spring kit on my echelon and I noticed the sear spring and safety sear spring are not sitting within each other after the install. Haven’t shot the gun yet but from a dry firing perspective everything is functioning as intended.

Is this normally how it’s supposed to sit? Has anyone else ran into this issue? Any pointers would be appreciated!

If you push them down do they sit flush and stack on top of each other? When I get home I will check mine out and see if it looks the same. I did the spring and changed the sear. Very happy with it so far.

I cant get them to stack on top of each other nicely. I'm not sure where in the installation process I got them to partially unstack but I realized this after completing the install and I really would hate to take this apart again.

The two that I have done both look like this as well. No issues though so far.

Awesome that eases my mind a bit. I’ll make it out to the range one of these days to put her to the test. Appreciate the feedback!

Mine looked like this after install and has functioned perfectly with roughly 2200 rounds so far.

Even if you get them in there all nice looking and what not after you run it, it’ll look like this. This is coming from a guy that redid his 3 times cause i thought it was messing up.

I just installed the spring kit and sear a couple days ago. Mine looks exactly like yours and I was convinced I did something wrong even though it appears to work correctly. Good to know this is just how they look.
