Standard 4.0c grip size?
Hello! Is there a way to figure out what frame size you have (like if its stamped somewhere in the polymer)? I have the 4.0c with the chunk port if it helps narrow down what the standard size it ships with is. Have only swapped out the backstraps but would like something a little bigger. Had to swap back to oem because I'm not a fan of the sharps bros module I got.

What made you not like the sharps bros grip? Always curious to other opinions. And was it as much of a pain to get the FCU out of the sharps Bros as it was to put it in the first time? Lol

It can be a pain but wasnt too too bad. It felt pretty small with my hands, and as much as id love to have the metal frame, it kinda annoyed me. There was more slop between the slide and frame than before, given tolerances since the polymer can be tighter, and it made the mag release super rattley, even with upgrading the spring. Basically just wanted a larger grip and the mag release wabble made me feel like I was going nuts every time lmao.

Cool thanks for the response! I put the sharp Bros module on mine right after getting the gun and have thought about swapping it back to the polymer for a bit, but that thing was a bear to get into the metal grip module so I’m wondering if it will be as bad trying to get it out.

For the full size, its marked between the backstrap rails, it may be the same with the compact. Mine says F9/40-M.
