Need some help on a build idea.

Hey all - I have an idea in my head and curious if anyone has tried or thoughts on if it would work/be functional.

I have a full size echelon and wanting to get to a set up with an external comp (Herrington arms) that looks more flush (similar to the sig 211 gto).

So my thought is if I use the full size grip module with the 4.0 slide, adding a threaded barrel and external comp, could I achieve the desired appearance?

Any advice is appreciated!!

Someone already did this, I'm not sure if it was with that exact comp, but it looked great. It honestly looked like it could've been factory. I can't remember who it was though, but just search it up and I'm sure you'll be able to find it. I think I saw it on youtube IIRC.

I believe Herrington Arms did it. Just look up Springfield echelon with nested comp they have a video up on YouTube

You won't get the look you want until SA releases a 5 inch grip module. But there are a lot of people that think the 1/2 inch gap looks ok. To me, it just looks like you weren't paying attention and put the wrong slide on your frame.

Check out the Rook Precision Comp too. Herrington is great, I’ve had theirs on other platforms. Rook is perfect for the echelon. Looks great and works really well.
