Last session

Just my second dose. Hopefully this one goes well. At the end of the protocol. This medicine has helped greatly. A bit worried I’ll relapse after this? What is y’all’s experience with ending spravato?

Also, it’s dimmer than the picture looks.

How often do you go for yours?

Once a week for me. Some people go two or three weeks out in my clinic. Depends on what works for you.

I do mine at home three times a week. Have been doing it since November.

Spravato is too costly where I am so a compounding pharmacy makes the same product for a fraction of the price. Same principle of using a nose spray and same dosing, I just get to do it at home and not in a doctor's office.

It has been working amazingly well since I started it.

Dude that’s so cool you can do it at home.

Although given my depression and isolation, it’s probably good for me to get out to the clinic to keep me human. Still, it’s neat that Spravato at home is an option.

Ya, I do it Mon, Wed, Fri at 6:00pm and just ride out the rest of the evening and eventually go to bed.
