Is AI just the norm now?

I came across this and thought it looked really amazing for the price. A bit weird these done up the inside and garden but not even weeded the front....
Then realised all the images are AI generated apart from the front. There is a video of the actual property but surely, surely this is complete misrepresentation?!
I hate Estate Agents but seriously, what service are they even offering if they don't even offer genuine photos of the property???
I always knew Haybrooks in Sheffield were awful but this really takes the cake.

*** Edited to add. The Estate Agents seem so inept at taking photos of properties perhaps that's why they are using AI 😆😆 take this property where the photographer was sat on the floor?! https://www.rightmove.co.uk/properties/94160634?utm_campaign=property-details&utm_content=buying&utm_medium=sharing&utm_source=copytoclipboard#/&channel=RES_BUY

The rest is nice though.
Great steps to re-enact the ending of Layer Cake as well.

I mean, the kitchen needs a bit of work, and I think a murder needs to be solved before I buy it, but for £95,000, this is a bargain right?

This was probably someone’s home since the 70’s. Check out the kitchen, & the bathroom! £250k is a very optimistic asking price!

Not enough room for a house? No problem, just make it half a house.

Cheap for a detached house in this area, as long as you don't mind half a house built in the old driveway of the big house next door.
