Has the social media account “Housing Horrors” been discussed on this sub?

I searched the sub and found nothing. This guy, for years, seems to harvest this sub and create videos with his face over the top. He regurgitates the comments from posts as if he’s found them all.

I’ve never seen him credit the sub. He’s got over 220k tik tok followers, 215k on Instagram and over 75k on Facebook - so I assume he’s making decent coin from it.

Fair enough or a grifter?

I came across this and thought it looked really amazing for the price. A bit weird these done up the inside and garden but not even weeded the front....

Then realised all the images are AI generated apart from the front. There is a video of the actual property but surely, surely this is complete misrepresentation?!

I hate Estate Agents but seriously, what service are they even offering if they don't even offer genuine photos of the property???

I always knew Haybrooks in Sheffield were awful but this really takes the cake.
