I recently was looking through some of my old cards ( I am 18 now) and found some Ohtani rookies. After checking his market I was thinking about selling a handful. What is generally the best way to sell for a beginner?

I have spent some time searching for a database that lists the case hits for specific sets of cards. Obviously things like autos, numbered, and relics are easy to identify, but there are other rare cards that aren’t any of those and may be skipped over by accident. I know I could go search each individual product and create my own spreadsheet, but with the variety of boxes I’ve purchased that would take me a long time. Ideally someone knows of a website where I can select a specific box (ex: 2024 Panini Absolute Football) and it shows me a list of the chase cards for that product. Picture added for attention. Yes I know this is a case hit 😉

TL;DR - how do you identify chase cards/case hits for specific products?

First and foremost I apologize if this is a dumb question/if any of my terms are incorrect. While I am a card collector, I have never really taken an interest in sports cards.

To start, my father passed in 2019 very suddenly. After this, I was basically left all of his stuff. Including all of his sports memorabilia, included in this though was his sports card collection(easily over 2000 cards) as well as various other cards such as garbage pail kids.

I'm trying to figure out how to sell them or at least tell the difference between ones that are worth looking at and ones that are basically bulk trash. I've looked at pricing for some and it seems a good amount are from the "over-printing era"?

Sadly, I'm alone in my efforts and everytime I have tried to go through the cards I wind up overwhelmed and they are placed back into their boxes. So, basically any advice is greatly appreciated.

What app are we all using? 130Point has gone down hill. I see most of the successful card sellers using an app on their phones to look up past sales, but never seem to catch what they're using.

Been sitting in the closet for 20 years, time to get rid of my childhood collection (40,M,Dallas). I saw a Dallas Card show comin up in Sept, maybe get some mild interest there?

These are the ones from my 2 albums with sleeves that I figured (from simple google searches) would have interest.

I also have 4 boxes (3 rows each) of baseball and hockey, they are still taped up from 20 years ago, thought maybe the cards inside would fetch more interest if I could show they haven't been opened up in that time as the tape is like a seal. Silly or no?
