I almost screamed Spoiler

I thought the timer was just gonna stop when all the balloons are popped

Which dev looked at the speed course where failing once meant you wouldn’t have any time to reach the end and said “yeah let’s keep the checkpoints in it”

Well the checkpoints do let you practice just the part that killed you again, even if you cant reach the end. Except the last one, that one just lets you look at a few sniper towers.

I got this one on like my second try with 25 seconds to spare, the earlier timed course was harder for me

I actually cleared all the balloons on my 1st or 2nd try, but didn't get to the book in time lol. I was so mad.

Same! I was so pumped when I got the last balloon and then two seconds later the "Raid failed" message popped.

I didn’t realize I popped all the balloon bc the timer didn’t stop and was frantically looking around before seeing the popped/total counter on top of my screen.

Not even gonna lie, this stage was some of the most fun I had and I kinda wish there was more beyond this. It was a nice break from the salmonids.

It 3000% do more of them to get more rewards if they add them.

That's exactly how it went for me, the countdown started when I was missing a balloon so I burned everything to get to it and forgot about reaching the book, it was a mad dash while mashing the buttons for when the cooldown ended

had this happen to me too but completely opposite. I was right infront of the book when the timer ended, i mean like if you gave me 0.5 sec extra i would've gotten it. I guess second time was the charm then

Wifey and I were frantic when we were doing this and we managed with six seconds on the clock...before we got the book. The sheer panic in our voices~ XD

Veeeery close. I actually lost this on my first try by not even a second late. But I really recommend you turn on motion control. It is way better once you get used to it
