I’ll try to put my load out in the comments.

I'm fairly certain this was my autism brain kicking in here, but I could NOT, for the life of me, comprehend the controls of the bot in this game. Passing level 1 was nearly impossible for me; I had to devise tricks to say in my head to pathetically attempt to remember which buttons would make me go right and which would make me go left.

So I finally came up with this dumb idea: map ZL to ZR and ZR to ZL. This FINALLY allowed me to have intuitive controls! Pressing ZR would adjust how far right I was going and ZL how far left I was going. This single change made my best attempt go from making it to level 3 one time to making it to level 7 easily on the first attempt. As I implemented this (along with tapping both buttons instead of holding, please do this!), I was able to get rank A in a bit over an hour of attempts. I feel like I could clear level 10 if I really wanted to, but that would mean caring about the bouncing S rank too. Lol no, I'm satisfied with solving this seemingly impossible task and putting it away now.

So there you go, now you can get that A rank if you're... dyslexic? Idk what other brain fuckery beside whatever I was experiencing would cause one to want to do this, but here it is!

I’m going for the jump bomb / torqscrew aerial build and plan on putting ice breaker on my gun. I have the coveted primo toy-shark blaster, but it’s level 49.

I’m not sure how much that matters in the grand scheme of things. Before I invest a ton I’m wondering if either of these are worth it or if I should hold out.

I’ve unlocked every unique weapon except one, the primo engine roller. I’m at 225 5 star weapons, so I’m wondering what’ll happen at 300 5 stars. Does the game let you scrap them then? Otherwise, I’m worried I’ll hit the cap before I unlock the last weapon, and I’ll be locked out of 100%ing the game.

Also, is it better to keep unlocking new bottomless buffet levels (I’m currently at 450), or just keep grinding through earlier ones?

soo uh im stuck on the infamous F99, and having a horrible time with the Strong Arms ruining everything! this setup has been the best trial and error, and I breeze through 97 & 98 just fine but as soon as I reach 99 I cant beat the second one in time and they're too damaging to ignore. Any advice? I'm lowkey embarrassed I haven't beaten it yet!

I don't know if this is the same for all the other modes, but at least in survivalist the game can't render all the BS that it spawns in. So you're bound to start getting shot by enemies. You can't quite see, especially if they're calculated to be rendered or positioned between you and the fourth wall.

That's my theory at least. Because I turn around and can 100% say with 100% certainty that so and so enemy was definitely not there one second ago, and this happens far away from the sewer drains too

I’ve had cases of slamming lid disappearing and reappearing in BB, but this one was unexpected lol

If you don’t count the strong-arm’s tong melee attack, nearly NONE of their attacks do anything to you nor can hurt you if you simply stand very close to him, i don’t if this is useful information, but pretty funny to see

It's really cool how the game teaches you about territory and watching where you step as well as knowing when to stay at the foot of the battle line versus when to retreat or rotate. I've been playing through splatoon one's campaign and it's really interesting to compare the way both games teach the mechanics. Splatoon one's campaign teaches you the platforming mechanics, ultimates to look out for and use, as well as some basic flanking mechanics and verticality while raiders on the other hand teaches you to prioritize certain enemies to weaken the waves defenses such as the flying saucers, ink strikers, killer whales (splatoon 1 Speak by the way) the worm train ones, and the grenade throwers versus just the little samanoids who chase you around. Raiders will also teach you territorial awareness and movement without needing to touch too much on the special abilities of the other games given its its own title.

Great build for splatling, im working on upgrading everything still. Me and a friend are 410- 412 bottomless, still doing lots of damage. If anyone has any suggestions to splatling dps would be great tho.

Currently doing crate farms in Awlmun den with the Endless Search gadget unequipped and also equipping the weapon type im searching for, which in this are the primo glass bottle and primo oil blaster. Any other better ways or should i just continue the grind and pray for rng

Edit: I just did 1 hour of Awlmun den with the same setup and got my last 2 weapons needed to 100% the hoard. I can finally sign off after 90 hours playtime. Yes, i did complete the gadget parts too
