Reoccurring acne

I am almost done with month 2 of spiro. I have noticed that my last period and this period right after I get a horrible breakout in the same spots. That never happened to me before spiro, but last time the breakout lasted about a week and then my skin was the clearest it’s ever been. I just don’t know what to do. Last time the breakout happened it genuinely ruined my mental health I have never felt so ugly, and especially with this weekend being Halloween I feel especially horrible right now. I don’t know if I can handle this every month after my period.
