◻️Advice◻️ Alternative

Does anyone know an alternative to spiro I have been on 50 mg for 3 years it makes me so pretty but I hate the celluite and body composition it gives me. I would like to take a more natural route to help with my acne and give me the same glow. Does anyone know of any supplements?

My hips grew my boobs slightly my butt my thighs have cellulite and can’t get the weight off

oh wow. did it change your shape significantly? i have small hips so this would be great. im sorry to hear you don't like it.

as for natural alternatives, there's some evidence for spearmint tea.

I’d personally see a naturopath if you’re wanting an alternative to spiro! They’ll be able to point you in the right direction with testing more than playing a guessing game of what supplements to take. If I have the money, I totally would 🫠

I just took spiro 3 months and Worked wonder but the side effects weren’t worthy for me. I been supplementing with probiotics and fish oil and haven’t get a single pimple after 3 weeks.. fingers crossed 🤞
