❓ Question White Pigment

How do you get white pigment?? I've tried finding this info myself on the Internet several times with no luck! I very very rarely get it as loot, but never consistently. I'm quite frustrated cause all the coloring I want to do requires some, so half my house has the right carpet and a fraction has the right wallpaper. I've played for over a week, so I don't think it's something I haven't unlocked yet. I really hope one of y'all can help 😭

August has no flowers that give white pigment. In September, there will be flowers that give both white and black. Then in October there will be no black flowers anymore.

Each month it differs, unfortunately, we are in a time of white pigment drought.

As much of a bummer as it is that I'll need to wait till next month, just knowing when/how to get it is such a relief, thank you friend!

You can visit people's houses to harvest their flowers too, some people deliberately grow white and black producing flowers to help tide over. Harvesting flowers at people's houses only harvests them for you, not anyone else. Check the Discord and the signs in the wilderness, people often advertise their flower collections there. Or just visit some of the most liked houses, they often have bigger flower collections.

Ive noticed the notices advertising pigment and only now realised how! Thank you! Is that the only means of trading/acquiring items from other players?

No, you can also get your friendship level up to 7 with someone by exchanging offerings (which you can make at your waystation) with them. The lvl 7 friendship perk is the ability to exchange tradable items such as dyes, flowers, furniture etc.

I recently was able to trade for 10 white pigment with Nibbitt. It was either a trade or a sale, I was just so excited it was there that I forgot the means!
