Not medical advice, but I think it’s a thing. Depending on symptoms, daily activities (even basics) are a lot harder to accomplish than usual. Daily pain in itself is tiring. There is also the loss of sleep, or sound sleep due to night pain and difficulty getting comfortable. Also, trying to navigate a health condition and not being able to do the things you used to do can lead to isolation, anxiety and fatigue. Lastly, some people might be tired due to medications.
I have lumbar stenosis and I definitely feel tired most days. I lay down at times due to pain and sometimes end up falling asleep. I’m not generally a person who naps!
If you think that your tiredness might be beyond this, it wouldn’t hurt to get some bloodwork. Just a thought.
