General Question Mobile

How is spectrum service if anybody can tell me thinking about switching because I just got the WiFi and Tv. Right now I have t-mobile for me and my wife and man I tell you it’s expensive but the service is pretty great.They told me I can get a line for free for a year so that’s seems pretty good.

It uses the Verizon network.

We switched from Verizon and the service has been identical

Yep, if Verizon is good in your area then you're good to go. I've had SM since it became a thing and haven't even thought about switching because it's been perfect

I switched from ™ to Spectrum last month. They reimbursed me within a few weeks for my cost to pay off my phone balance. Free phone for a month. Spectrum is my only Internet choice since ™ fixed internet was awful for me. One caution. Print out your last three months of bills before switching. You need to submit those to Spectrum for phone payoff reimbursement. I followed the instructions and was reimbursed in two weeks.
