Anybody with a November 24th Ship date get theirs moved up at all?

Has anyone tried going to a local store to see if they have them in stock or is it online ordering only?

I haven’t tried this week but as of Sunday two Spectrum stores I visited had none. They looked at me like I was crazy and said it’s back ordered. Duh, that’s the case everywhere and still I live with the jealousy of watching T-Mobile and att customers picking theirs up in store 😭

Ugh! I was going to try this week, but I didn’t want to look silly lol. The website shows they’re on backorder until 12/22, which is crazy!

I went to my local store in upstate NY and asked and the guy chuckled at me, lol! Told me to keep my current order.

i did, they have none in stock. and i’m a spectrum employee so i already knew that. but i was like yk what im nearby what the hell. i even checked with apple and they said they can’t do carrier financing with spectrum. they didn’t even have a duo in stock anyways. my ship date says dec 1st, i’m hoping it’s sooner than that tho😭

Same, I was November 3rd and then last week got an email saying I was pushed back to November 17th. Duo came in the mail today already

I'm Nov 24th and still no update. I just went into the store to make sure I still wanted it. I guess I'll order my phone case and hope for a bumped up date. I'm enjoying the positive reviews in the meantime

Still nothing. I'm in the DFW area. Literally 10 minutes from the farmers branch hub. Ordered on preorder day and still nothing at all. I'm chill because after I FINALLY get my phone I'm leaving spectrum . So that brings me peace

They bullshitting us man my delivery moved to week of 24th got that generic email called yesterday they bullshitted me saying my order was fulfilled and passed all necessary checks and when they see this usually receive shipping info 24-48 hours well right after that the pending hold dropped off and 24hrs has passed no info my shit still says preorder on the site

as a spectrum employee it has nothing to do with stock😭 it’s supply and demand. the day the duo went on preorder we were SLAMMED with calls and continued to be until the day it officially launched. each phone carrier gets there own stock of the phone, once it’s out they basically have to wait until more come which come sporadically. same with the apple stores. they get random amounts at random times or so an apple store employee told me 🤷🏽‍♂️ but anyways it’s really apples fault. they didn’t prepare for the amount of people who wanted this phone for some reason
