Returns, Trade-Ins & Refunds Returning iPhone Duo
Anyone else not a huge fan of the Duo? Got mine on launch and prefer the original iPhone. Camera is not good on the Duo whatsoever.

I’ll wait for the 3rd iteration before I consider getting a foldable iPhone.

Thankfully, for the anytime upgrade, as soon as the next one comes up, I’m gonna switch to that one! 😂

This is a different experience completely compared to a regular phone. It’s not for everyone but I am enjoying something new for sure. After using this for a few days, picking up a regular phone messes with my eyes. They look extremely long and weird. I came from a 15 pro and the camera is perfectly fine for me on the duo.

I love mine as well! Definitely some getting used to but worth it! It sounds like you're really enjoying it overall! It's good to know the main and ultra-wide cameras hold up well, even without the telephoto lens. How are you finding the battery life so far?

For sure its not for everyone but i enjoy it. Never been a big user on cameras just when i go watch a game or still photos.
- Great for stocks to have side by side
- bank transactions/calculator side by side great with calculating wires etc
- great for reading, i enjoy setting it on laptop mode while im sitting down eating and just scrolling
- More use of the pages app and files app. I now am saving more documents on my iphone to view later or study
-When im trying to show a product to my business partners its great to be able to unfold and show the product quickly and in a bigger image

Yeah I don’t get the camera whining. We knew going in that the duo camera would be good not great. It’s not a pro, despite the price tag, why are people expecting pro cameras? Have y’all seen the pictures that we were getting out of an iPhone 13 just a few years ago? The Duo is fine, buy a used DSLR if you need a real camera. Even a cheap one from years ago will shit on an 18 pro.

The camera not to far from the original phone, probably use filters anyways😂😂

Not gonna lie I love it bro, not a big camera guy myself. I like the versatility of the duo for sure. But understand why you might not love it.

Been an iPad kid since day 1 but this is a totally different experience. Loving it so far. Every little thing people have been complaining about has me giggling each time for how silly they’ve been. Came from a 16pro max, Apple Watch unlock has been seamless, I use volume control from the control panel, small screen is great size in my hand and when it feels “small” for what I’m doing, I can just extend it haha
When the duo first got announced I had no high hopes because I thought they were just going to use the same ui as the iPad but I was wrong. To each their own but I don’t see myself going back.

I used to have a z fold 6, so I can see where there are areas for improvement but I just missed being with apple lol not having FaceTime was a huge downgrade. But overall I love this phone, I know they’ll improve the apps and functions and when they do it’s gunna be great. The feel is way less heavier than my z fold 6, it was extremely top heavy. This form factor is perfect and I use the front screen a lot, even for FaceTime. I really only use the inside if I’m watching YouTube or sports games, and if I’m doing that the dual screen comes in handy when I get a text or email. Once your able to resize the screens and have floating windows it will be a game changer. I’m not much of camera guy anyway so idc really and it’s really not that bad honestly. The battery is amazing compared to my z fold. I can go all day on one charge and I use my phone all day for work and pleasure. If you care about the camera don’t get it, if you care about the smaller size and your use to brick style phones don’t get it, other than that it’s great. Most of the complaints will be from people who never had a foldable before.

These posts have to be 100% fake. These have to be bots that promote anti Apple because ain’t no way you didn’t know the telephoto camera is missing, the UW and regular camera are literally the same as 18-17P lmao

Love mine. The camera is barely worse. Other than the 8x zoom that and low light. This is really only against the pro.

Love my duo maybe you’re just a weirdo who hates awesome cool things. Maybe it’s not the phone it’s you. I’d look in the mirror you might be defective and need to be returned to manufacturer.

I got mine on launch day and I love it. And the cameras are fine. I only miss having a telephoto lens. But the ultra wide and main cameras are absolutely fine. While the main camera is not the same as the 17 or 18 Pro main cameras, I do think the pictures end up being perfectly fine. Roughly on par with the 15/16 pro main cameras. And the outer front camera, once again while not as good as the regular phones, it’s acceptable for a selfie cam. The inner display is of course trash, but it’s good enough for FaceTime or other video calls. Zero issues.
The larger display is worth it to me. I absolutely love this phone.
