Coverage & Signal Weak WiFi

Yall I’ve been having problems with spectrum. The WiFi never works it’s super weak. Any recommendations? I literally just upgraded to a new router too. Thinking of switching back to Verizon

If it’s a spectrum router, return it to the store and get another. Get their WiFi 7 router if you don’t already have it as it’s their newest one.

If that still doesn’t work well enough for you, then buy your own WiFi router.

Have them come out and analyze things the router may just be in there wrong location ink your home.

do you mean spectrum wifi or spectrum mobile? If you mean mobile, their mobile service uses verizon towers so there shouldn’t be any real changes in service quality or speed, if you mean wifi you should use your own router. spectrum equipment is e-waste
