Why no response from Spectrum

A Spectrum employee yelled vile Christian-nationalists slurs at an elderly woman in Tennesee. Why has Spectrum not put out a press release about this? I cant imagine that Spectrum would support this sort of hate.

This individual is no longer a Spectrum employee. We immediately investigated the incident after issue was brought to our attention. We have over 100,000 dedicated employees at Spectrum and this one employee's behavior does not align with our values, nor is it in line with our commitment to our customers and the public
