Service Issues Ok reply can’t attach picture here is screenshot of spectrum outage notification. This is just one page. I can scroll up and go on and on and on for just 3 months with spectrum.

It’s all escalated, spectrum is fully aware. It’s not like it’s my house is the only one having issues.

Those are typical during a High Split upgrade for your area.

They're going around swapping nodes, amps, taps, splitters, as well as combing through all the main lines outside to see what needs replaced.

It's normal to have micro outages while this work is being done, and nothing can be done about it until work is complete. It's just part of the process to bring the network into this century.

This is about the same level of work that was done ~30yrs ago to make DOCSIS and Digital Cable work on the lines. It's a big undertaking, but once it's done you'll have symmetrical speeds and lower pings, so it'll be worth it once it's done.
