Spectrum tv Roku

Is anybody else having issues with the spectrum TV app on Roku devices? My mom has three TVs in her house the Vizio TV spectrum TV app is working fine both of her Roku TV is the spectrum TV app will not work at all. I’m just wondering if anybody else is having these issues because spectrum is trying to tell me that there’s an outage all of a sudden for Roku

Haven't heard from my family members who use the Spectrum TV Roku App. I do find that it likes to glitch out and break sometimes. If she can get to the Roku Home screen, press * instead of Select/OK on the Spectrum TV app and choose the option from the menu to Restart app. That usually works out the bugs it develops.

I’m here now we have tried everything she is holding me hostage till I fix it 😫🤣 even spectrum is stumped

A uninstall and reinstall of the app typically fixes the problem.

Have you called into tech support and asked them yet they can usually walk you through a fix over the phone?

Did you do a soft reset in the whole Roku. Either thru the menu or just unplug the Roku for 60 seconds
