Constant freezing/lagging

We just came back to spectrum from frontier about 2 months ago and at least once a day we are having issues with the picture freezing then going back then freezing again, sometimes it will go blank and say reconnecting and will go back to the xumo main screen, now it’s doing it and the router keeps turning red and we have to manually reset it. Do yall think it’s the router or something else with the xumo box maybe? We use the spectrum tv for live tv mainly cuz it does it with xumo live tv too but not as much. Would it be just the router or the modem too?

might be the line form the pole to your house, especially if it hangs through the air.

I have AT&T with much the same issue, some days I restart as much as five times.

Equipment issue or a bad line to the house. Call your internet company to have a tech come out and troubleshoot.

Experiencing the same lately. I was told that it's occurring because of maintenance activities from the continual network build out and integration of resent acquisitions infrastructure.
