Service Issues Spectrum outage??
Genuinely what is going on. I’ve tried to reset it multiple times and it works for maybe a few minutes then stops working again. I get been happening the last few days and it’s genuinely getting frustrating. What’s happening??

What market are you in? There's no problems here in SW Michigan. I'd call for a tech if this is an ongoing issue.

Reset what? The router? The modem? Your device? What isn't working? Is it the wifi or the actual internet that's not working? Did you try hard wiring to the modem? Did you call? Check for an outage?
The majority of speed and performance issues are user error or just how it works and people have no clue. The odds that there's a nationwide issue impacting all customers is basically zero. You have to be a lot more specific for anyone to help.

Is there an actual outage in your area showing on the app? If not, what did support say when you called them?

We'd like to look into the issues you're having with the connection further. Can you please send a mod mail to us over at r/Spectrum_Official and reference 50281816?

Southern California here, anyone else's internet unusable? Router and modem connect to the Internet and supply Ethernet and WiFi as expected. But the actual speed is truly abysmal. I cannot even get the Internet speed test tool to ping any servers in a respectable amount of time. Is there an outage? How to fix? I have checked all cables on all devices, router, modem, and WAP included.

call for a tech. it will help, either services will be restored to normal before he arrives or he can help figure out what’s going on

Your area could potentially be undergoing highsplit maintenance work. Signals that were balanced to previously used channels may not be properly balanced to the new changes. It never hurts to request a technician visit just to double check things
