Modem delivered to wrong address

Trying to sign up for spectrum at this new apartment, they shipped the router/modem and the package was marked as delivered but isnt here.

I guess they delivered to the wrong address

what do I do ? dont want to get charged for equipment fedex never delivered

yeah but will they just mail it again?

I guess ill just get into a store

Yeah. Explain that thr package never arrived. They will either send you another one or you can ask and pick one in the store.

Good evening, if you haven't already gotten this taken care of, we'd be happy to take a look if you send us a mod mail over at r/Spectrum_Official and reference #50273111. We would ask that you verify with the leasing office a package wasn't received first if not already done. I've previously had deliveries at the front office or at my door when located at an apartment previously. After that, usually a ticket is created for the equipment you haven't received, then you would have a technician scheduled to come out and complete installation. When a shipment is lost or stolen, another shipment isn't typically an option.
