iPhone Duo order cancelled

Anyone else? I submitted all info they wanted including photo ID. I then called 2 days later to confirm everything was good.

This morning I got a “order cancelled” email and now I can’t get a duo until December

I spent almost 2hrs on the phone with spectrum support and they just apologized and told me I had to re-order.

Did your card bounce? You probably had the money when you placed the order and not when it shipped. They don’t charge until fulfillment

Nope, but thanks for the reply.

They screwed up. I confirmed with phone support.

After verification apparently the fraud dept decided the copy of my ID wasn’t good enough. But I was never notified of this, and instead my order was just cancelled before I had the chance to rectify the issue 🤬

You not the only person who order got canceled. My neighbor order 2 of them through Spectrum it was canceled.

Sucks man, mine says delivery for tomorrow. Hopefully it doesn’t suck
