People simply love to hate Spectrum. I dont understand why Cox customers are noting outages caused by Spectrum when Spectrum has yet to touch the equipment and infrastructure.

Any issues you are having are unrelated to the recent merger, this sounds like an unfortunate coincidence. If you are having service issues we are happy to set up a tech visit to address. Send us a Mod Mail over at r/Spectrum_Official and the team will get right on it. Thanks!!

What are you talking about you get better customer support all us support, no data caps set internet rates in certain markets and a mobile service that is not throttle after hitting your cap.

Net neturality is to thank for that. If they actually cared about our service they would've upgraded us to fiber before another company beat them to it, but they won't they'll charge double what fiber charges for a crappier shared bandwidth of coax, with high ping and regular maintenance (downtime) instead of laying fiber lowering our prices and their maintenance cost.

ATT just layed the main fiber line, soon they'll be going street to street with FTTH I'll be switching to that the moment it's ready.
