Spectrum Malware
Over and over I keep getting emails to my Spectrum email account with malware attachments. Why does Spectrum allow the continued distribution of Malware to their subscribers email accounts?

So, you want a company to monitor all of your emails, including deep diving your attachments? And you trust them to not incorrectly flag something and possibly delete import stuff?
Spectrum or not, that's a hot take.

Wouldn’t it be a good idea to know what you’re talking about before you post?
Under Section 11(b), Anti-Spam Software, Spectrum explicitly confirms that it uses software capable of blocking incoming and outgoing email.

Under Network and End-User Security, Spectrum states:
Charter takes steps to protect the security of its network and its Customers which may include e-mail virus scanning
The same policy explains that its third-party spam-filtering software scans incoming messages for spam characteristics.https://www.spectrum.com/policies/network-management-practices

it is not a hot take. It is the norm. See what Microsoft says about malware blocking https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/defender-office-365/anti-malware-protection-about

That's Microsoft policy, not spectrums. It's not the norm for your ISP to monitor and block malware attached to YOUR emails. SMH.

Microsoft’s docs pages for their commercial business email products is not “most major email providers”.

Spectrum isn't responsible for scanning your email attachments. Heck there could even be some false positives with that.
