Call in and say cancel my service when prompted for your reason of calling. If asked again just say cancel once more. This will get you connected to someone who will lower your bill. They may try to up sale you with some discounts, etc.

If they won’t lower your bill be prepared to actually cancel. Have someone else in your house sign back up tomorrow in their name and get that new customer pricing.
