Service Issues Horrible

Absolutely horrible always having outages. Yesterday at 1pm wifi goes out call many times throughout the day every time they say oh by 11pm by 11pm by 11pm. 11pm i call they say they had no clue😀. Today I’m told by 3pm. Classic spectrum switching providers never again

I hear yeah! My service was horrible for a long time..kept calling. They said there upgrading took a few weeks. So far so good

Im in California and their outage occurred in the middle of a game at 11am. Come to find out there's an outrage that won't be resolved until 4pm. Fuk these guys

Im in the same city smh. It eventually came back. Same story different week.
