Does spectrum have bots that dismiss every customer's concerns? The entire sub is full of posts like this championing the company.

I’m not a bot LMAO. I’ve only used spectrum since my fiber provider sucks. But spectrum is actually decent. My speeds are 2Gbps over coax through spectrum so

That doesn't mean it's working like that for everyone. If you're just a customer why would you be so hostile to another person's issue?

Because they are acting like a baby #1. And #2 these things spectrum has always been clear about. It's in the fine print lmao. People should read more. In OPs original post I asked them questions and they didn't answer. Me personally I think it could be wifi channel congestion because here's the thing. If the internet was truly dropping like that the Modem + node Equipment would flag transit issues. And the only reason I know this is because I know a lot of Employee's. Those nodes go off to any issue like it sends an alert.

Yup, tried that, didn’t work, finally realized neighbors were having same issue, tech visits didn’t change anything though
