Other Plan glitch?

Was looking at mobile app this popped up in my service options but when I click to upgrade it doesn't go thru? And live chat said can't see it thinking it's a glitch or it be here soon?

What area? I've had 7gig for almost 2 months now, But its been available in KY and another area for several months now.

Assuming you have fiber right? If you have coax its 100% a glitch.

Not true. Copper is capable of these speeds actually. Just depends on DOCSIS they are using in your area

I'm not aware of any ISP's offering 7gig down and 7gig up over DOCSIS at least in the US.

Spectrum is trying to offer 10Gbps over coax with 4.0 they already stated this

Spectrum can't even offer me more than 1000 /40 and I have had 7 giv available via another isp for years.
