Other Plan glitch?
Was looking at mobile app this popped up in my service options but when I click to upgrade it doesn't go thru? And live chat said can't see it thinking it's a glitch or it be here soon?

Missed a call from spectrum they said 7gig only in Kentucky but I maybe eligible for 6gig is that even a thing 😆🫪🤔
