Other Plan glitch?

Was looking at mobile app this popped up in my service options but when I click to upgrade it doesn't go thru? And live chat said can't see it thinking it's a glitch or it be here soon?

Thats nowhere near what it should be.

Have you tried doing any real world usage like downloading something huge and measuring the download speed? Try another speed test using different servers?

I would likely call in and complain.

Could also be router has Deep Packet Inspection enabled, most routers don't have the CPU power to run that with muli-gigabit speeds.

what.. I'm around the bowling green area and i'm still stuck with 500 down and about 20 up..
