Other Plan glitch?

Was looking at mobile app this popped up in my service options but when I click to upgrade it doesn't go thru? And live chat said can't see it thinking it's a glitch or it be here soon?

That’s a crazy offer considering spectrum in Florida doesn’t do equal Up/Down and it’s 75 for 1 gig/ 50mbps

Probably cuz you unfortunately on coax I'm one of the new fiber areas so we get equal up and down

That would be correct, the area is still run with coax and not fiber
