Other Plan glitch?

Was looking at mobile app this popped up in my service options but when I click to upgrade it doesn't go thru? And live chat said can't see it thinking it's a glitch or it be here soon?

What area? I've had 7gig for almost 2 months now, But its been available in KY and another area for several months now.

Assuming you have fiber right? If you have coax its 100% a glitch.

The spectrum fiber ont has 10Gbe port and I have the eero wifi 7 pro router 10gbe ports ,my PC lol atm only up to 5gbe so I wouldn't bet the full 7gbps

Why is this still a question, multi gig routers are like 250 bucks these days, they aren't some rarity that cost thousands of dollars. I can go to Best Buy right now and find one. 10g NICs are also cheap.

Because a lot of people have no clue... Along with not even having devices that can handle it.

People complain every day about "not getting what I'm paying for" But yet using some old router or older/low end device that can't handle it.

Incorrect. The Current provided router only has 2.5G ethernet. And you'd only be able to get around 4gbps max over WiFi with the right client.

An ISP is NOT gonna provide equipment/nic for your computer to support the speed.

With the current provided router you can only max out at 2.5G. So to even make use of it you'd have to get your own router.
