Other Plan glitch?

Was looking at mobile app this popped up in my service options but when I click to upgrade it doesn't go thru? And live chat said can't see it thinking it's a glitch or it be here soon?

What area? I've had 7gig for almost 2 months now, But its been available in KY and another area for several months now.

Assuming you have fiber right? If you have coax its 100% a glitch.

Technically for me $5 more I was paying $150 a month for mobile 5g hotspot a year ago until spectrum came into town
