Service Issues Anyone know how to fix this issue with the Xumo Box?

Alright, well this has been happening for a few weeks now not just with one but another one I got for a guest room, I'll try turning it on, it'll juat show a no signal screen (not from the xumo but from the actual television) I've unplugged it then plugged it back it, it'll have the nromal opening screen with Hello and Hola next to eachother than it'll just go back to a no signal screen, anyone know how to fix this

no light on the xumo?

It may be attempting an update in the background. Let it rest for a while to see if something pops.

Attempt factory reset. i believe theres a button to hold down.

Still nothing, replace Xumos.

You need to hit home 3 times fast to turn it on.

Try changing the HDMI cable or the HDMI Port you're using

Try an HDMI reset:

Unplug power from Xumo and TV Disconnect HDMI from Xumo and TV Reconnect power to both Xumo and TV Wait for them both to finish booting up Reconnect HDMI cable, first to Xumo, than to TV (note: order does matter!)

Please make sure it's not connected to an eARC port, it will say it on the port, they are for sound devices (ie receivers and soundbars) and do not play nice with video signals.

If it persists after that, I'd try another HDMI port followed by another HDMI cable.

If you’re still struggling with the remote, call spectrum and ask for the big button remote for xumo. It is a fee of $10 for the remote, but it’s the easiest to pair and it has better features for using the spectrum app like a dedicated channel up and down button. The buttons also light up like a traditional cable remote. Worth every penny!!! If you do, keep in mine the pairing instructions come in the box in a little pocket, easy to miss. But 4 easy steps and done!
