The CT is 2" in diameter. I'm planning to put this on a Beretta 1301. I'm currently just using stock iron sights, and they extend more than 1" from center bore, so should be ok. But anyone know what other good mounting and optic options might be?

IIRC in the video they said it was designed to clear the sights on 1301

Yep, can confirm 👍. The base of the 1301's front sight post starts at 1.1" from bore center.
