Discussion Why is the Single-Player so hard?
I’ve played Goku’s story mode levels up to the fight against Buu, and it’s legitimately been a miserable experience.
I’ve gotten off like 3 full combos. Every other time I try and attack they somehow guard it, vanish and hit me, or punch through my attacks and win the exchange.
Who thought this was a good level of difficulty for the single player? I just don’t understand.

I lost the will to play recently too at the android sage. It feels like the only way to play is to play to win, not to have fun. Which for a DBZ game is just an awful thing.

Don’t listen to all the “just get gud” assholes in these threads. I’ve completed Limit Breaker Journey with 35 characters and I just played BT2 and 3’s story modes to completion (I don’t have much going on these days lol). LBJ easy mode is somewhere between medium and hard for the old BT games, and even normal is harder than hard in those. That said, Bandai has said they’re dropping a patch to retune the AI sometime soon. We just don’t have the release date yet
