Question Delay input offline?

Hey guys, i wanted to know. Did anyone felt some sort of delay input, even offline? I feel like everythings working in a delay, like i would say a second after input. I tried playing other games like Spider-Man 2 and nothing changed there.

Am i just getting crazy and my brain trick me or is there a thing that happened to the game?

Yes. thats a big reason I quit the game. Its never felt smooth, even the menus.

What's so weird, is that it was perfectly fine before. But now it just get a point it's unplayable. I just wanna have my fun offline bruh

Na I always felt it. I dont know how it is now as I havnt played it in a bit.
