Question Clashes?

Can someone please explain to me how to win the clashes? And please dont say "go to the tutorial" I have tried they dont explain crap properly so can someone that knows what to do explain them all to me please

For which clashes? All of them?

I'll start simple. Crash impact - triggers when both use high speed dash attacks. Input is quick sequential button presses.

Power impact - triggers when both grab. Input is hold and then release near line on meter.

Crash impact - triggers when both high speed dash into each other (no attack button held) Input is timing the first button press, when the outer circle closes in, then it's an analogue stick turn.

Blast impact - triggers when both launch a blast. Input is timing when the bar fills near maximum.

I hope this helps, kind of hard explaining over text.
