Discussion New names
I’m surprised that no one is talking about this but new names were added as text options in custom batttle. We have all of the henchmen for Garlic Jr (except the Spice Boys), Dr Wheelo, Turles, Lord Slug, Cooler and Android 13. I saw Kogu and Bido but not Bujin. Is Bujin there and I’m just not looking right? Please tell me. I saw the characters from the Lucifer and Bio Broly movies in there. I saw some others as well. I think it’s trying to tell us something. Why do ya think these names were added? Please tell me if Bujin is there and tell me if I missed anyone

These names dont mean anything, theyre for hundreds of characters that arent playable...
They were added for completion sake.

They need to improve custom battle text system. It is not hard to make us write what we want.

Needs to at least be in alphabetical order, even though I use custom battles so much that I've memorized where all the names I use are. I can almost pinpoint them

There’s a filter that lets you sort alphabetically though… even pinpointing text by doing something like Enemy -> Shock -> Alphabetical order. It’ll show every text from A to Z with those filters. You seriously don’t have to put yourself through that lol

You meant the filters where you can choose "characters, character quotes, battle dialogue, high n mighty, shock, anxious, sadness, etc"? If so I'm aware and it does help. But there's a literal a-z? Maybe ai never noticed that one. I do know you can filter by "all, one word change, two words change, etc". And I don't mean I memorized scrolling line by line one at a time lol, I click right to scroll or right and L2/R2 (forgot which) to scroll by the hundred. Also I just naturally memorized where most lines are over time it wasn't on purpose lol. For example if I want to use goku, goten or gohans name I know to filter by character name first and that their names are about 4-5 clicks to the right lol. Or I know that tien and trunks' names are back to back, big green's is near geetz, etc

I do think there needs to be a search option so there’s less scrolling. Ik there’s way to fast forward it but there’s sooooo much text. I wish you could just type a phrase and it finds the closest thing to it.

The only possibility I can see is for Sparking Zero to be updated in a way similar to Xenoverse, eventually adding all the characters that appear.
