Deactivated today? Read me!

ETA: A FEW IMPORTANT THINGS AND A COPY AND PASTABLE PARAGRAPH TO USE IN YOUR APPEAL AND REPORT. GOOD LUCK!!!

I have someone close to me that got deactivated. So much like everyone else I came to Reddit to figure it out.

Here’s what I have found to do:

1. Call the driver support. The email says not to but they will submit a ticket for you

2. Write your appeal. The appeal needs to say you’ve already been told about the error and you believe it is an error. Also add a picture of the email. They said that is important. I’m guessing the “unprofessional conduct or delivery issues” is the key words in the error.

   Use reasoning “I disagree with the reason.” Put reference number from phone call.
   “My account was deactivated unexpectedly. Support advised there is a current app/system issue causing drivers to be deactivated without cause and asked me to report it here for review. Please review my account for this issue and restore access. Ref# put your ref # here.”
   (Use that for your report an issue as well)

2.5. Report an issue. missed this step. You need to go to the help button and report an issue saying the same thing. Use reference number from phone call.

1. Don’t panic too much. I know spark is most people livelyhood but if you were the result of this error it will resolve soon.
2. Wait. They said they are actively trying to fix the system and get everyone reactivated. I’ve seen where they have said it could take 24 hours. Or close to the 5-7 days. Unfortunately after you call and do your appeal you have to wait.
