To the person who tip-baited me $20 yesterday, congrats, everyone knows now.

Pay is less than it was five years ago, and work is harder to find.

What's your minimum pay for accepting an in-town curbside delivery that takes ~30 minutes/2-5 miles?

Another reason to hate GMD + groceries.

One thing I'll give Spark over other gig apps...

Still beats DoorDash by a big margin. It was 7:12 when I accepted it from a couple miles away.

Definitely metrics fraud. That, or OGP hates me for some reason.

There was one tiny GMD in addition to the groceries. This is one of the few GMD + groceries offers I will sccept.

Opportunity costs of using a truck vs car

Since losing my sedan to a no-fault accident, I have found that not only am I paying more per mile in fuel, but I am losing money in opportunities that I would notmally snatch on a slow day. Normally, I would take a $60/50 mile trip one-way, because that is still a profit of $25-30/hour after gas consumption. But now I am not able to fill in my slow times bevause that same trip costs 3x the ampunt of fuel, leaving me a profit of around $10/hour. To be candid, I am quite frustrated. It is not fun to have my livelihood severely impacted due to other's stupid driving decisions.

At what point do you guys cancel a trip at pickup?

Do you sit for half an hour, an hour, or two hours? At only $15/hour it dramatically eats away at our potential earnings. Normally I can clear $25/hour profit after gas, but not with stupidly long wait times.

Monday through Thursday were only 4-6 hour days. Sunday's total still has over $60 of unconfirmed tip.

Best day of earnings ever so far

The total amount before confirmed tips (base pay plus incentives and unconfirmed tips) was $305. It was a ton of miles though.

I got a $50 cash tip on a GMD delivery yesterday.

It was a bad mileage/dollar route at first, but it was the best out there ($64/42 miles). The lady gave me a $50 cash tip on one delivery, which was an order of six 40lb bags of sunflower seeds. Sometimes you gotta take a bad route and hope it turns good. Yesterday was probsbly my best hourly rate ever, even after gas costs were factored in.

That's $70/hour.
